Recovery tips

Support matters: Wear snug, supportive underwear for at least 7–10 days.

Ice it: Apply ice packs for 15 minutes at a time during the first 2 hours.

Take it easy: Physical labour jobs should be avoided for 7 days, including no heavy lifting, running, or cycling.

Pain relief: Use ibuprofen as directed (or paracemetol if you cannot use).

Most men return to light desk work within 1-2 days. Physical labour jobs may need longer rest.
